Refund policy
Return & replacement:
We have a 72-Hour return & replacement policy, which means you have 72 Hours after receiving your orderto request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at connect@cozmetica.pk. If your return is accepted, you may send the items back to us or we may arrange the pickup (pickups only applicable for valid claims), on the address mentioned on Invoice or Parcel. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at connect@cozmetica.pk.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically sent replacement products'. Please remember it may take time for replacement to reach you (5-7 working days).
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of return requests will not be accepted, like product/shade change request (if your have received the item as ordered). We also do not accept return requests based upon product originality as all items are 100% original and from Authentic suppliers only. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Order Cancellation:
Cancelation of orders is applicable if it hasn’t been dispatched. Cancelation requests can be forwarded through e-mail (glowishaesthetic@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+92 342 0634361) (Mon-Fri 10:00am – 06:00pm).
Glowishasethetic& its courier partners practice obligatory safety protocols at all times, any dispatched order cannot be cancelled or returned without delivery attempt. This safety protocol ensures no one can amend the parcel or steal products.
Discount vouchers used for placing cancelled order are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order. If you redeem loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of cancellation.
Refunds for cancelled order
If a paid order is cancelled before dispatching, refund will be issued in 2-3 working days.
Refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made. It may take 1-2 additional working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
